These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of chaireschoice.com and any purchase made from Chaire's Choice. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Store and platform

Chaire's Choice operates this online store. The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site or its content for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose; interfere with site security; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the site at scale; or violate the rights of Chaire's Choice or any third party.

3. Product information

We work to present product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, included items, and pricing accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing updates, and supplier changes can cause minor differences. Please review the full product page and selected option before ordering. We may correct errors, update information, or discontinue a product without prior notice.

4. Prices, promotions, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and can change without notice. Discounts and promotional offers may have separate conditions, expiration dates, or product exclusions and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout.

5. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, stock issues, shipping restrictions, or misuse of a promotion. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, exclusions, and refund timing are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.

7. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Transactional emails may be sent about orders, payments, shipping, returns, security, or account activity. Marketing messages are optional and can be unsubscribed from using the link in the message.

8. Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review, photo, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant Chaire's Choice a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit for length or formatting, and display that content in connection with the store. We may remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or contains private information.

9. Intellectual property

The Chaire's Choice name, site design, text, graphics, logos, and original site content are owned by or licensed to Chaire's Choice and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No right to use our intellectual property is granted except for ordinary personal shopping and browsing.

The site may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, social platforms, or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Chaire's Choice is not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Product results can vary depending on use, environment, installation, maintenance, and other factors. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaire's Choice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or a product. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Chaire's Choice harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

14. Severability and waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

16. Changes to these Terms
